Jeremy Smith is the founder of Longevity Smith, and primary blog author. Jeremy also holds degrees in International Business & Entrepreneurship from Baylor University as well as a Bachelor's of Science from Excelsior University. If you don't have much time for reading, let me give you a quick jumpstart: Get visibility on what's going on in your body. You need comprehensive survey of your most crucial biometrics. Not only can lots more data help motivate you, but it can also help you personally tailor your regimen to your own body's needs (especially if you sequence your genome). Even without all that though, advice that will almost universally apply to all is: start eating some semblance of a Mediterranean diet, get your visceral fat as low as possible, do lots of regular cardio or even high intensity exercise to get your VO2 Max up, prioritize quality sleep, and for heavens sake... stop smoking if you haven't already. Even if we're doing the best we can to maintain our own bodies, or make modest efforts at age resetting, we must realize that we are inextricably tied to a world system that will determine how our ailments are treated and what anti-aging therapies we'll gain access to. The somber reality is that the current system is NOT set up to help us fight death. We must not only fight aging in our own bodies, but we must fight the system around us.
