What you simply must do, quickly, is get visibility on whats going on in your body. You need comprehensive survey of your most crucial biometrics, and you need to have your genome sequenced. This should precede all. And as a matter of urgency, and simplicity, you should also strive to start eating some semblance of a Mediterranean diet, get your visceral fat as low as possible, do lots of regular cardio exercise to get your VO2 Max up, prioritize quality sleep, and for heavens sake... stop smoking if you haven't already.
