A typical HBOT protocol (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) involves 60 sessions in 90 days, but because of surgeries and other travel needs, I was not able to complete my regimen on schedule. I still reaped the full results, it seems. This is why I measured my biomarkers in two segments, once at 43 sessions in 61 days, and one about a week after the completion 73 sessions in 135 days. I am now on a 3-4 month break for a system reset, and the standard protocol advises.
Despite what people say, you can actually age backwards. As you can see below, I've been doing it for many months. As best I understand, most things like exercise and good nutrition will merely slow your RATE of aging, but there are a few things that will actually achieve some reversal. HBOT is one that is performing as advertised, just as the scientific papers say. It's nice to see it proven in your own data.
Also, see the last HBOT post for more about the mechanisms of how it work.
